Cargo ships stuck in the Xiangyin section of Xiangjiang River due to low water level in central China's Hunan Province, Feb. 20, 2017. Due to the dry weather, the water level of Xiangyin section is below the designed minimum navigable level, causing congestion and stranding. (Xinhua/Long Hongtao)
