A welcoming ceremony is held for the visiting Vietnam Coast Guard ship 8004 in Haikou City, South China’s Hainan Province, May 9, 2017. The arrival follows a China Coast Guard visit to Vietnam's northern city of Hai Phong last year. The Vietnamese ship has participated many joint sea patrols with Chinese ships.
