Photo taken on Oct. 16, 2017 shows shared bicycles parking inside of a drawn box in Singapore. Singapore's Land Transport Authority, National Parks Board and 16 Town Councils signed recently a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the five bicycle-sharing operators in Singapore to encourage responsible operation of bicycle-sharing services in public spaces.
