During the Spring Festival, several New Year lantern shows are held on the "old street" scenic spot in Lanzhou, Gansu province. More than 3,000 exquisite lanterns light up the night sky, presenting a glittery atmosphere for visitors. In addition to the colorful lanterns, there is also a Spring Festival market, hustling and bustling with excitement over holiday traditions, such as New Year paintings, sugar-coated figurines and sugar-coated haws on a stick.
