People watch the opening concert of the Cultural Summer Vienna and Rathausplatz Film Festival in Rathausplatz in Vienna, Austria, on July 3, 2021. Rathausplatz Film Festival held from July 3 to Sept. 4 opened here on Saturday. People can get access to the event free under the 3G rules, which are showing evidence of vaccination, a negative test or having recently recovered from the coronavirus.
