This aerial photo taken on Dec. 1, 2022 shows the view of Xingcun Township in Wuyishan, southeast China's Fujian Province. Wuyishan, the hometown of rock tea, boasts a wide range of rock tea varieties. The making technique of Wuyi rock tea, a special oolong variety with a particularly roasted taste and floral and fruity aroma, is comprised of more than 10 processing procedures including tea harvesting, withering, fixation, twisting, drying and so on.
