Lantern festival celebrates Year of the Rabbit

As the Chinese Spring Festival approaches, the 2023 Lantern Art Festival officially began on Jan. 15 at Beijing Expo Park in Yanqing district of China's capital city. The festival, themed "Gloomy Flower Dream," features 170 sets of lanterns spread over 300,000 square meters, with a 3-kilometer sightseeing route for visitors to enjoy as they welcome the upcoming Year of the Rabbit.
