Su Yiming, now 19, who made history by becoming China's first-ever men's snowboard Big Air Olympic gold medalist at the Beijing 2022 Winter Games and also won silver in the slopestyle competition at the same Games, speaks before unveiling his lifelike wax figure at Madame Tussauds Beijing on April 21, 2023. Su said he was fortunate to achieve success as a professional skier and a film and TV talent, which led to his induction into Madame Tussauds Beijing. However, he added that this luck was inseparable from his passion and persistence in snowboarding. "Passion is like a friend playing hide-and-seek with you. Dare to explore and try.
