Products of Xinjiang's food factory popular across China

An employee sells Tacheng cheese bread through livestreaming at Jiangqu food company in Tacheng, northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, April 1, 2023. Wang Huipeng and his wife opened a bakery in Tacheng in 2016. Now the bakery has developed into a small food factory named Jiangqu with employees coming from 9 different ethnic groups. Many of their products are local favorites, among which their signature Tacheng cheese bread is drawing more and more attention and has become very popular on the internet for its pleasant taste and unique texture.
