Chinese experts train local staff members on operation of Chinese-built railway

Chen works for the electrical equipment maintenance section of the Africa Star Railway Operation Company. In the four years she has been working in Kenya, she witnessed the improvement on vocational skills of her female apprentices. "Now they can all work on their own," Chen said. Judith, one of Chen's apprentices, said she learned more than just skills from her instructor. She also learned a lot from their intercultural exchanges.
