Rescue operation underway in Qinghai after earthquake hits neighboring Gansu

Eleven people have been confirmed dead in northwest China's Qinghai Province, after a 6.2-magnitude earthquake jolted the neighboring Gansu Province late Monday evening, according to local authorities.
