Tourists view ice statues made by Harbin ice sculptors during Hwacheon Sancheoneo Ice Festival in Gangwon Province, South Korea, Jan. 13, 2024. The capital of China's northernmost province of Heilongjiang, Harbin is renowned as the "crown jewel of ice and snow" in the country.
