2024 Beijing Book Fair opens

An exhibitor introduces books via livestream at the 2024 Beijing Book Fair on Jan. 11. This edition of the fair, which opens in Beijing on the same day, is themed "Strengthening Cultural Confidence, Creating New Publishing Splendor." It showcases more than 400,000 books and covers an exhibition area of over 50,000 square meters. More than 720 exhibitors are participating in the event. [Xinhua/Ju Huanzong]
