0 Comment(s)Print E-mail Xinhua, October 21, 2024

This photo taken on Oct. 11, 2024 shows a radio used in a "house of hair", a traditional Bedouin house made of goat hair and sheep's wool, in Wadi Rum, Jordan. The Bedouin means desert dwellers in Arabic, who are nomadic Arab tribes historically inhabited the desert regions in the Arabian Peninsula, North Africa, etc. With the changes of history, many Bedouins have lived a settled life, but some still live a nomadic life for part of the year.
