China launches satellites for internet constellation

A group of low Earth orbit satellites is launched aboard a modified Long March-8 carrier rocket from the Wenchang Space Launch Site in south China's Hainan Province, Feb. 11, 2025. The satellite group, the second of its kind that will constitute an internet constellation, was launched at 5:30 p.m. (Beijing Time). The satellites entered the preset orbit successfully.
