Olympic flame lit in Ancient Olympia

The flame for the London 2012 Summer Games was lit on Thursday at the site of the first Olympics 2,800 years ago. The 70-day relay around Britain will start at Land's End on May 19 and end at the opening ceremony at the Olympic Stadium in Straford, east London on July 27. [Chinanews.com]
