Wu Qian led Zhejiang with 21 points and eight assists, while Nicholas Rakocevic and Chen Shuaipeng finished with 17 points apiece.
Zhejiang obtained an eight-point advantage before Guo made a layup and delivered a pass to Zhu Rongzhen for a three-point play to make it 29-26 in the first quarter.
Liaoning retook the lead after Wu Changze knocked down a 3-pointer to make it 33-31 before the lead seesawed between the two sides. Zhejiang stormed into an 8-2 run to make it 53-46 with 1:21 remaining and led 59-53 at the break.
Trailing by six points, Liaoning came from behind to tie 69-69 after Guo made a free throw, and led Zhejiang 89-84 going into the last period.
Liaoning widened the gap to double-digits after a 12-2 streak early in the fourth quarter and firmly held the advantage, leaving Zhejiang with no chance to come back.
"It was a tough game. We have some players injured at the moment. We only played a good half and still have a long way to go compared with the top teams in the league," Wu Qian said afterwards.
