Olympic champion Viktor Axelsen clinched his second All England title in three years, beating Indian prodigy Lakshya Sen in straight sets in Sunday's final.
Axelsen, 28, lost to Sen in the semifinals of the German Open last week. But the Dane was totally in control on Sunday, seeing off his opponent eight years his junior 21-10, 21-15.
"I'm super happy. When I started playing badminton, I never dreamed of winning two All England titles and I still have a lot of years in me hopefully," Axelsen was quoted as saying by the tournament's official website.
Japanese pair Nami Matsuyama and Chiharu Shida swept Chinese duo Zhang Shuxian and Zheng Yu 21-13, 21-9 in the women's doubles final.
Their teammates Yuta Watanabe and Arisa Higashino edged China's Olympic champions Wang Yilyu and Huang Dongping 21-19, 21-19 in the mixed doubles final to claim their third All England title.
World champion Akane Yamaguchi, also from Japan, beat South Korea's An Se-young in straight sets in the women's singles final, while Muhammad Shohibul Fikri and Bagas Maulana won an Indonesian derby to clinch the men's doubles title.
