Without being physically around, Sadio Mane seems to please all parties in a club suffering from ongoing unrest over the past few weeks.

While the possible move of the Senegalese international from Liverpool is triggering a wave of enthusiasm among Bayern Munich's supporters, the deal has the potential to fully ease tensions at the Bavarian club.

Media reports speak of the 30-year-old being close to accepting an offer of a three-year contract with the 2020 treble winner.

The tabloid Bild is speaking of the Liverpool striker having reached an agreement with Bayern but final negotiations between the clubs have to follow.

The reigning German champion's offer of 30 million euros is still 10 million off the Reds' demanding at least 40 million while the striker travelled to Africa to join his country's national team after the Champions League final.

The report is talking of Bayern being willing to update its offer. Mane is said to have informed Liverpool and coach Jurgen Klopp about his intentions.

The breaking-news like deal seems to come at the right time as Bayern's chairman Oliver Kahn and sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic remain under fire as the turmoil around Bayern forward Robert Lewandowski continuous.

The 33-year-old Pole is demanding to leave this summer despite a valid contract until 2023. The spearhead flued the turmoil by stating it doesn't make sense to stay as he can't imagine playing in Bayern's shirt anymore.

Barcelona is said to have placed an offer, but negotiations go on behind the scenes.

While Kahn stated that Lewandowski has to stay, the Pole's departure is likely from the perspective of Bayern's record international and TV pundit Lothar Matthaeus.

"It doesn't make sense to force him to stay. I am sure he will leave," Matthaeus said while Bayern icon Thomas Muller and midfielder Leon Goretzka demanded from all involved parties to cool down.

"I hope he stays, but we all know how the football business is working. Fact is, he has a contract," Muller added.

Inside reports speak of Bayern planning to start the 2022-2023 season with both Mane and Lewandowski.

A possible Mane transfer is said to come near a liberation move for Bayern's officials as next to Lewandowski German international Serge Gnabry might be leaving. The painful exit from the Champions League has increased the unrest.

After having lost Erling Haaland, Mane would at the same time increase the attention of the German league. The Norwegian joined the Citizens from Dortmund.

Matthaeus demanded Bayern to consider the signing of Romelu Lukaku (Chelsea) to replace Lewandowski while reports speak of the Bavarians eying Austrian International Sasa Kalajdzic from Stuttgart next to Mane.

Matthaeus blamed Salihamidzic and Kahn for the current turmoil and said Bayern is suffering from a communication and strategy problem.
