Santiago Solari scored in stoppage time as Racing Club continued their impressive start to the Argentine Primera Division season on Saturday with a 1-0 home win over Deportivo Riestra.
Solari broke the deadlock in the 96th minute at El Cilindro by lashing a first-time effort from 10 yards into the far corner after Maximiliano Brito's superb one-touch pass.
The result leaves Racing top of the 28-team standings with 10 points from four outings, three points clear of second-placed Gimnasia, who have a game in hand. Deportivo Riestra are 19th, seven points further back.
In Cordoba, Geronimo Heredia's second-half goal gave Belgrano a 1-0 home win over Argentinos Juniors. Juan Cruz's men are now seventh in the standings with seven points while Argentinos Juniors are 11th, a point further back.
In Saturday's only other Primera Division fixture, Velez Sarsfield were held to a 1-1 home draw by Atletico Tucuman.
