China women's football team will assemble for a two-week training camp starting at the end of June.

This is the second training camp the Chinese side will hold after Ante Milicic took over as the team's head coach in mid-May.

The Australian coach told Chinese media upon his appointment that his short-term goal is to familiarize himself and the Chinese players with each other soon.

Milicic called up several young players, such as 18-year-old Huo Yuexin and 20-year-old Wang Siqian, for the training camp, which will be held from June 30 to July 14 in Dalian, Liaoning province.

Wang Shanshan, Zhang Rui, and Zhang Xin, all veteran players, were left out of the team list unveiled by the Chinese Football Association on Tuesday.
