Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed he will make changes to his starting 11 when his Real Madrid side entertain Alaves in the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium on Tuesday night.
The Italian explained that Dani Carvajal would miss the game, but that he would be fit for Sunday's derby against Atletico Madrid, adding that Eduardo Camavinga is also nearing the end of his recovery from injury and should be available at the weekend.
He was also asked about Jude Bellingham, who got injured in Saturday's 4-1 win at home to Espanyol.
"The problem the other day hasn't affected him, he's recovered, although he must wear the protection, to be safer. He's available, he can play and he's going to play," said the coach.
"We're in a moment when we have to rotate and we have fresh players: Vinicius, Mendy, Rudiger, Lucas Vazquez: they have more options," he said.
Ancelotti also said he was pleased by the progress of 18-year-old Brazilian Endrick, who has so far been used as a substitute.
"I spoke with him, as with everyone. I ask him to be patient and he understands it perfectly, because he lives and trains every day with the best forwards in the world. He understands his role, his role and I'm telling you the truth when I say, he is improving a lot."
"He will get his minutes and games," assured the coach.
