Fluminense sacked manager Mano Menezes on Sunday following a season-opening 2-0 away loss to Fortaleza in Brazil's Serie A championship.
In a brief statement, Fluminense said assistant coaches Sidnei Lobo and Thiago Kosloski, as well as physical trainer Flavio Oliveira, had also departed.
Former midfielder Marcao has been appointed interim manager and will be in the dugout for the club's visit to Once Caldas in the Copa Sudamericana on Tuesday, it added.
"The club thanks the professionals for their dedication and wishes them success throughout the rest of their careers," the statement read.
Menezes, who managed Brazil's national team from 2010 to 2012, led Fluminense to 20 wins, 13 draws and 13 losses after taking charge of the Rio de Janeiro outfit last July.
