   Donation: 1.028 billion yuan (US$158.1 million)

Cao has been a big giver in charity for many years. In 2009, Cao donated 930 million yuan in 2009. He also donated 300 million yuan, nearly 60% of his interest in Fuyao, to establish a charity foundation, according to Fuyao's corporate social responsibility report.Cao Dewang is chairman and chief executive of Fujian-based Fuyao Glass Industry Group, a leading automotive glass manufacturer in China, with more than half of the domestic market. Its customers include Audi, Ford, Fiat and Nissan.
