Top of the Rock Observation Deck [Xinhua]

The 70-story GE Building is the 10th tallest in New York City. The building is home to the famous NBC television network headquarters. The Top of the Rock is a six-story observatory at the top of the building. Visitors can gaze at the 360 degree views of New York City, enjoying a top panoramic view. What's more, the view is extremely breathtaking at night.
