Located in Washington D.C., the museum is an official memorial museum for the Holocaust. It is home to various kinds of documentation, including more than 12,750 artifacts, 49 million pages of archival documents, 80,000 historical photographs and 9,000 oral testimonies. It has attracted more than 30 million visitors to date and, in addition, has received more than 3,500 officials from all over the world.
