A recent survey conducted by British retail company Superdrug revealed a list of 2013's top 50 UK beauty icons. Guess who was crowned No. 1? We'll give you a hint: It's royalty.

According to the survey, polled by 2,000 British women, the title of most beautiful woman in 2013 went to Kate Middleton, otherwise known as the Duchess of Cambridge.

For the third year running, 31-year-old Kate Middleton came out the poll's winning lady. She gave birth to her first child, Prince George, five months ago, adding another splash to her already much-praised charm.

TV personality Holly Willoughby came in second and U.S. singer Beyonce took up the third spot.

Beauty is not the privilege of the young and you don't have to be under the age of 30 to be named a beauty icon. Helen Mirren (age 68) was elected number 11, Michelle Obama came in at 18 and Sharon Osbourne at 48.

21-year-old Cara Delevingne is an English model. She is one of the coolest and youngest "It Girls" in the U.K., the kind of girl that everyone wants to be. In 2012, she picked up the Model of the Year award at the British Fashion Awards.
