9. "I'm not interested in what you feel, I want what I feel is right" (“我不要你觉得,我要我觉得”)

This phrase appeared during the third season of the Chinese celebrity reality show broadcast by Hunan Television, "Chinese Restaurant." Huang Xiaoming, a Chinese movie star who plays the role of restaurant boss, often ignores the opinions of others, and is far too confident and arbitrary in the management of the restaurant, especially with regard to food, shopping and how to deal with minor injury. His overconfident classic quotes such as "I'm not interested in what you feel, I want what I feel is right," "this issue doesn't need discussion" and "listen to me, I have the final say" became instantly popular online as people mock those that are too powerful, domineering, insolent and narcissistic in insisting their own viewpoint.
