Gao Hongwei(center), is the representative inheritor of folk dance--Jingxi taipinggu celebrates with his troupe the 6th Intangible Cultural Heritage Day in Jinshanling Great Wall. This section of the Great Wall is located in the mountainous area in northeast of Beijing. Jingxi taipinggu is a folk dance passed down hundreds of years in western Beijing—Mentougou District, and it expresses the praise and anticipation for a prosperous country so people may live in peace.
