A group of bar-headed gooses hover above Ngoring Lake in Maduo County, northwest China's Qinghai Province, Aug.4, 2011. In recent years, local governments have made efforts to the protection of Gyaring Lake and Ngoring Lake, the two biggest freshwater lakes at the sources of the Yellow River.
