The closing ceremony of the 3rd Yuncheng De Xiao Festival was held Wednesday in Yuncheng, north China's Shanxi province where Study Abroad China set up its fifth culture-based tourism center of activity (CA). The program of Study Abroad China is a new type of culture-based tourism, which combines traveling with lectures, visiting and hands-on practices. So far, Study Abroad China has set up five culture-based tourism centers of activity in Beijing, Wutaishan, Pingyao, Langzhong and Yuncheng. The committee of Study Abroad China has organized local experts and scholars to write about Chinese folk arts and culture and plan for the route.
