As part of multinational efforts to seek a world heritage status for the Silk Road, an exhibition, organized by the State Administration of Cultural Heritage of China, is currently being held at the Shaanxi History Museum in Xi'an, the start of the famous silk route starts, before it extends to Central Asia and Europe.
