Girls view colorful lanterns at Tiehua Music Village in Taitung, southeast China's Taiwan, late Sept. 28, 2014. Artists and locals made and painted some 3,000 hot-air-balloon-shaped lanterns this summer to decorate the nearby meadow of the village, echoing the annual balloon fiesta of the city.
