Yang Ming Tan Bridge is in Harbin, northeast China's Heilongjiang province. It is the longest river-spanning bridge in Songhua River basin. It took 18 months to complete the construction of the 7,133 meters long bridge and multiple new technologies for bridge construction in cold area were used.
