Lingshui Village, a tranquil village in Mentougou District of western Beijing, has been a more popular tourism destination since Hunan TV's reality show "Where are we going, dad?" was aired on October 11, 2013. The village, about 75 kilometers from downtown Beijing, has a history of more than 1,000 years. It's famous for its ancient trees, residences, courtyards and temples.
