Located 220km southeast of Kunming city, the Jianshui Confucius Temple was built in the Yuan Dynasty (1271-1368) and was the biggest Confucius Temple in Yunnan Province. The temple is renowned for its large scale and traditional Chinese construction style. [China.org.cn/Photo by Han Jiajun]
