Named after the ancestor and ancient tribe of the Miao ethnic group, the "ChiyouJiuli City" scenic spot is China's largest traditional Miao-style architectural complex in Pengshui, Chongqing. Chiyou, a mythical warrior, is believed to be the ancestor of the Miao people and leader of the ancient Jiuli tribe.
