Buddhism statue in Hainan attracts thousands of visitors

Aerial photo taken on Dec. 25, 2016 shows the 108-meter-tall Buddhism statue of Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva, or Guanyin, at Nanshan resort in Sanya, south China's Hainan Province. About 15,000 tourists visited the statue everyday since Dec. 1. (Xinhua/Yang Guanyu)
