Provence Lavender Manor, 16 kilometers from central Harbin, capital of Heilongjiang province, is the largest lavender-themed park in Northeast China. The park covers an area of 800,000 square meters and has about 10 million blooms – including lavender, verbena and canola flowers – attracting tourists from all over the country.
