Yanqing releases five summer travel routes

To offer additional tourism services and information, Yanqing has also published a WeChat mini-program called "Beautiful Yanqing," which allows tourists to check transportation, order dishes, book tickets, and find homestays and hotels.

Following are summaries of the five travel routes published by Yanqing:

Grand Nature Gallery Tour

Day one: Silicified Wood National Geological Park → Lunch at Hupan Chicken restaurant → Dishuihu scenic spot → Dinner of Baili Xiangju Hundred-Flower Feast → Check in at Baili Xiangju Boutique homestay

Day two: Bicycling in Four Seasons Flowers scenic area → Lunch at Flower Sea mountain villa → Return

Mountains and Rivers Landscape Tour

Day one: View peonies and lilies at the International Grape Exhibition Garden → Lunch at specialty "colorful sauce" dumpling restaurant → Visit Yudu Mountain Nature Reserve → Dinner of tofu banquet in Yuhuangmiao village → Molten metal spark show → Check in at Hermit’s Yard homestay

Day two: Guyaju Cave Dwelling → Lunch at Liji Fried Cake restaurant → Return

Ancient Town Tour

Day one: Yanqing Museum → Lunch at Liji Fried Cake restaurant → Yongning ancient town → Dinner at Qiliuyuan Barbecue → Check in at One Tree Boutique homestay

Day two: Guizhou Peony Garden → Lunch at Huahai Starry Night → Traditional folk village of basin kilns → Return

Revolutionary Relics Tour

Day one: Shatanggou village with retelling of the Red Army’s Long March → Lunch themed "Contrast Past Misery with Present Happiness" → Old site of Changping-Yanqing United County Government in Piposhi Village → Dinner of "Kindness and Filial Piety" banquet at Jingci Pavilion Country Inn → Check in at Taolegu homestay

Day two: Pingbei Memorial Hall of the War of Anti-Japanese Invasion → Lunch of colorful Qijiabu noodles → Return

Trip to the Great Wall

Day one: Badaling Great Wall → Lunch at Yuhai Manor → Yeyahu National Wetlands Park → Lunch of flower feast at Stone Light Resort → Check in at Stone Light Resort

Day two: China Great Wall Museum → Lunch at Jijia Old Restaurant → Qinglongqiao Railway Station → Return
