List of Sichuan's most-expected destinations in 2018 unveiled

Sichuan unveiled a list of the province's most-expected tourism destinations in 2018 on Dec. 21 in the capital city of Chengdu.

Dagu Glacier Scenic Area, with 64,507 votes casted by netizens, topped the ranking of 12 destinations that stood out from 65 candidates.

The event, co-hosted by Sichuan Travel Agency Association and Sichuan Educational Tourism Alliance, received a total of 206,790 votes online.

The most-expected destinations also include  Four Girls Mountain in Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Huanglong (Yellow Dragon) Scenic Area in Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Qionghai-Lushan Mountain Scenic Area in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Former Residence of Li Bai in Jiangyou City, Southern Sichuan Bamboo Forest in Yibin City, Baiyu County of Garze Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Xiling Snow Mountain Ski Resort in Chengdu City, Xingwen Global Geopark in Yibin City, Bipenggou Natural Ecological Scenic Area in Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Chinese Sea of Death in Suining City and Du Fu Thatched Cottage Museum in Chengdu City.
