Meishan district promotes holiday tourism among Chengdu citizens

Dongpo district in Meishan city hosted tourism promotion activities at Kuanzhai Xiangzi cultural block in Chengdu, targeting local residents yet to make a Spring Festival holiday travel plan.
The event comprised a parade combining new and traditional styles and interactive games. Eight participants won two-day travel packages which cover dining, transportation, accommodation and guided tours at major tourism attractions in the district for two.
Specialty food from Dongpo were handed out as gifts along with tickets to scenic spots.
Internet celebrities were enlisted to live stream the event on various platforms.
