Ranyi town in Qionglai city, under the jurisdiction of Chengdu, is celebrating the traditional Longtaitou Festival, or Dragon Head Raising Festival, with a range of activities, including sightseeing at a rapeseed field, scavenger hunt, food tasting and traditional art performances. And local specialties such as quality rice, black tea, and Wenjun brand liquor are introduced to visitors as souvenir choices. The Longtaitou Festival arrives on the second day of the second lunar month which will fall on March 18 this year, while the celebratory activities have started on March 10 and will run for a month.
