Located in Yinchuan City, Haibao Pagoda is the oldest architectural structure in Ningxia with a history of over 1,500 years. It is also called the Bei Tower (North Tower) or Heibao Tower. According to ancient records, it was rebuilt during 407 - 427 by the Western Xia emperor Helian Bobo. Thus, it is also called the Hebao Tower. [Qingherenjia/bbs.fengniao.com]
