China, Japan, S. Korea hold trilateral summit

The fourth trilateral summit among China, Japan and South Korea kicked off in Tokyo on Sunday morning.

The meeting was attended by Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao, Japanese Prime Minister Naoto Kan and South Korean President Lee Myung-bak.

The leaders of the three nations agreed in their talks to enhance nuclear safety and improve disaster aid systems.

The leaders also vowed to speed up the preparations for a free trade agreement and an investment treaty.
