Mainland, Taiwan negotiators to meet on Oct. 19-21

• The seventh meeting of the heads of the mainland's Association for Relations Across the Taiwan Straits (ARATS) and Taiwan's Straits Exchange Foundation (SEF) is set to be held on Oct. 19-21 in northern city Tianjin, a mainland spokesman said Wednesday.
