Broadway musical "Rock of Ages" has been adapted for the big screen.
Starring Tom Cruise and Julianne Hough, the film is promised to be crammed with pop-rock anthems from the 1980s.
It tells the story of a young small town singer who arrives in Los Angeles seeking stardom and comes across some interesting characters including a budding rock god, a strip club owner and a superstar played by Cruise.
Hough says the film will be a good time for everyone.
She said, "It is a live concert in a movie. The songs are unforgettable. You'll know the words to every single song. You're going to laugh your butt off. And, yeah, you're going to want to sing karaoke and take shots after the movie."
The film also stars Alec Baldwin, Diego Boneta, Mary J Blige, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Russell Brand.
It opens in the U.S. next Friday.
