A three-day forum and exhibition on luxury brand culture will launch on May 23 in Beijing.
The event will include speeches, guest talks, charity banquets and a luxury brand exhibition. Dozens of high-class brands will be on display during the exhibition, providing a visual feast of the latest in luxury design.
According to one of the exhibition organizers, a diamond with more than 400 carats will be on display, something rarely seen in public throughout the world.
Also included on the exhibition stage will be a mass media forum in order to provide a platform for members of various media outlets to discuss China's burgeoning luxury goods industry.
Zheng Haojiang, CEO of Sparkle Roll Group Ltd, said, "We want to hear from the journalists, so we will have this sub-forum for them to speak their views on luxury brands and luxury culture."
The forum will also have a charity auction, as two paintings have been donated to the Jackie Chan Charitable Foundation by the Sparkle Roll Group, both of which have a combined value of nearly one million yuan ($160,810).
The forum will be hosted by Sparkle Roll Group Ltd, which mainly engages in the luxury goods trade in China. The company held a luxury expo in the fall of 2012, where many designers and founders of world-famous luxury brands gathered to promote their brand culture.
