Police authorities in China's northwest Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region have issued an order for arrest of eleven suspects, who are believed to be involved in homicide, arson and explosions, or planned explosion attacks.

According to a police statement Tuesday, the eleven fugitives age between 24 and 38, and most of them had only attended primary school.
The police said it would reward whistleblowers who expose terrorist plots.
A 50,000-100,000 yuan (8,100-16,200 U.S. dollar) reward will be given to people whose information gives police important clues in investigating terrorist-involved activities
The statement also called on suspects to turn themselves in with the possibility of lenient punishment.
A total of 24 people, including 16 Uygurs, were killed in a violent terrorist attack on Wednesday in the region.
