Since her debut, she has released seven top-selling albums, 52 No.1 singles and three films. Time Magazine has named Lee the "Asian Hero" and "Icon of Chinese Pop Culture."
Dressed in a white blouse and shiny beaded black jacket, Lee received her award wearing a confident smile on her face. In her acceptance speech, she expressed her gratitude to the event's organizers and her fans and those people who love Chinese music.
